Alford Manor
Alford Manor an early seventeenth century Grade Two listed Manor House is owned by Alford Civic Trust who were successful in obtaining lottery funding for its restoration. Before the work could begin a team from the University of York undertook an archaeological investigation of the building to insure that the restoration was correctly carried out.

Taskers were fortunate enough to secure this contract and working closely with architects Anderson and Glenn successfully completed the project in 2006. Alford Manor is now open to the public.
