Gardham Stonemasonry

Gardham Stonemasonry has been established for 18 years. It is run by Mr Jim Gardham and is able to undertake all types of stonework whether it is the manufacture of a detailed stone carving or the construction or repair of any stone buildings large or small.

Peel House before restoration when we first visited

It had been left to decay for the past 60 years. The interior was 20ft high with rubble in places

Within the year we had managed to get the castle to second floor level

Gardham Stonemasonry

Gardham Stonemasonry has carried out the restoration of the Peel at Hellifield, a castle in North Yorkshire which was featured on Channel 4's Grand Designs television programme. You can see the before and after photos on this web page.

Gardham Stonemasonry has recently joined Pattinson Roofing Co Ltd and so is also able to undertake all building and roofing work associated with any project.
